Green Office is a modern and environment-friendly office complex with the total lease area of around 22 000 square meters, allocated in three four-storey buildings. The complex was constructed in three stages, with building A of 3 500 square meters and building B of 8 000 square meters delivered in 2011 and building C of 10 500 square meters was completed in 2012. The modular arrangement of space enables individual adjustments to suit specific office needs of potential tenants. In a distance of about 4 km from the site, there is A4 motorway – the Krakow`s ring road, which considerably facilitates road communication within the city itself, as well as to exit routes from Kraków towards Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Rzeszów. The International Airport Kraków-Balice is situated approx. 15 minutes drive form the building.
