The Property was developed between 1972 and 1991. One building (no. 7) was extended in 2003. The Property comprises seven interconnected single and two-storey production buildings with office and ancillary space on the upper floor levels, a four-storey office building and a separate single-storey storage building on the south side of Gutenbergstrasse.
The Property comprises a total site area of 10,915 sqm, which is subdivided into two sections of 8,743 sqm and 2,172 sqm. The larger site north of Gutenbergstrasse is irregular in shape and is partly sloped. The smaller site south of Gutenbergstrasse is irregular in shape and is level.
The Property is located approximately 2.7 km southwest of the town centre in the locally established “Mittetal” commercial/industrial area. The distances to federal road B10 and motorway A8 are 5.60 km and 10.9 km. A train station is located 2.4 km from the Property.
