The Property comprises three interconnected production buildings, a single storey office annex over basement, a two-storey office building over basement and a light weight storage building. The buildings were developed in 2004, 2006 and 2015. The 23,992 sqm site is irregular in shape, mainly level and is partly sloped in north-south direction.
