The property is a single building completed in the late 1950’s and it is the historical headquarter of the national social security institution for the Lazio region. The asset has a rectangular shape and it consists of five floors above ground with office use, a sixth floor dedicated to mechanical rooms and three basement levels dedicated to archives and technical rooms.
The ground level is open to the public with two main entrances, while the second underground level has an archaeological site which includes the ruins of a roman villa. A feasibility study for the full refurbishment of the asset has been completed and the design project has started. The full refurbishment will be subject to Board approval in 2023.

It is situated next to the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran and close to other areas of high interest like the Colosseum, the baths of Caracalla and the Monti neighbourhood. The property is located approximately 800 metres from the underground station of Manzoni (Line A) and one stop away from Roma Termini railway station.
The asset is 28 km away from Fiumicino Airport and in close proximity to one of the main motorways of Rome (SS7).
